Going Green

The Renschler Company is committed to improving the built environment and actively participates in and promotes the LEED®, Green Globes™, and Energy Star® programs, as well as our own Green Guidelines program.

To date, The Renschler Company has built three Madison LEED certified buildings for less than a 3% construction cost increase. It is easy to be green and achieve LEED certification if you have an open checkbook. We have found that not too many owners are in this position. That is why our approach is to pursue the "low-hanging fruit." This means that we pursue inexpensive features and technologies that have a big, positive impact on your bottom line.
