May 2010 - The Renschler Company, Concepts in Architecture and The Waunakee / DeForest Ice Rink Board have broken ground on a new 40,000 square-foot facility that will house an NHL size ice rink and support spaces. This new 85' x 200' ice rink will be ready for skaters of all ages in late fall of 2010.

April 2010 - CarpetsPlus is working with The Renschler Company reroofing division to upgrade an existing roof at the East Washington Street location. This work includes; removing the existing roof materials and replacing deteriorating metal deck materials, upgrading the insulation from an R3 to an R16.4. CarpetsPlus also took this opportunity to replace their HVAC equipment. Nelson Roofing teamed with The renschler Company to install the system.

April 2010 - The Renschler Company is renovating an existing 9100 square-foot building in Dedham, Massachusetts for a Texas-based developer. This clinic is the second for this owner and will be submitted to receive Green Globes certification for its sustainability and high performance characteristics.

March 2010 - Eric Fritz, Keva Sports Center, is working with The Renschler to update his exterior entertainment offerings. New artificial turf, expanded corporate viewing decks, a covered catering area and secure child play areas create a value-oriented, unique option for corporate functions. This work will be completed in June 2010. A second phase will add additional toilet facilities to support this new venue.

March 2010 - Pomp's Tire Service has selected The Renschler Company to build a new free-standing mezzanine within one of their existing warehouses. This project will double their storage capacity in this warehouse.

November 2009 - Anderson Custom Processing is entrusting their expansion and renovation needs to The Renschler Company. A new client's needs are requiring Anderson to expand their capacity, which will require a new state-of-the-art dryer and a bagging room addition. One unique challenge of this project was to remove an existing tower roof, in one piece. It was then stored on-site while a new 50' dryer was manufactured and craned into place. The roof was then reinstalled to its original location, over 60 feet above the ground.

November 2009 - Welton Enterprises and HyCite have awarded a 60,000 square-foot re-roof project to The Renschler Company's reroofing division. This installation will include: adding insulation with an R-value of 10.87 over the existing roof, installing a new 40mil White BondCote / Permaseal roof system. Great Lakes Roofing teamed with The Renschler Company to install the system. The project is located at 320 Holtzman Road.

September 2009 - Luedtke Storm Mackey Chiropractic Clinics has selected The Renschler Company through a competitive bidding process, to assist its expansion and renovation at 6704 University Avenue in Middleton, WI. The project will consist of three phases, enabling the clinic to continue its daily operations while the work is completed.

August 2009 - Klein Dickert has selected The Renschler Company to construct an addition to their building which houses the Klein Dickert Auto Glass business located at 302 West Beltline Highway.

August 2009 - Texas Roadhouse Restaurants has chosen The Renschler Company to construct an entrance addition to their restaurant in Janesville, Wisconsin.

July 2009 - SubZero / Wolf is working with The Renschler Company to construct a new Steel receiving addition for their Hammersly Road campus. This new addition will facilitate ease in handling the raw materials used in SubZero / Wolf's manufacturing processes.

July 2009 - T Wall Properties has contracted with The Renschler Company to convert 20,169 square-foot of an existing parking structure located at 1350 Deming Way, into office space for a growing tenant. This unique project consists of floor leveling, a new HVAC system, a dense office layout and exterior excavation for new patio areas in a previously below grade area of the site. This work will be required to be completed, allowing an existing call center and other businesses to not be interrupted.

June 2009 - Vierbicher, Se-‘nek-tekts Architecture and The Renschler Company have been selected to assist the Beaver Dam Community Center is evaluating various sites for its new home.

May 2009 - The Renschler Company and Aro Eberle Architects are collaborating to renovate an 1880 landmark façade at 501 State Street. This Victorian style, "gingerbread" three story building will have the roof, stucco, wood timbers and exterior trim replaced. The City of Madison is assisting financially with the project by way of a façade grant.

April 2009 - The Renschler Company was selected through a competitive bidding process to build a new prototype restaurant in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, for Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. This new location will celebrate its grand opening on September 14, 2009.
