High Performance Buildings
Our firm specializes in constructing high-performance buildings on a budget. Consider the following three buildings we recently constructed in Madison that received awards through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program and the Green Building Initiative (GBI) Green Globes® program. All of these buildings were commissioned by our in-house staff.
WEEBF Office Building
This 12,000 square-foot, Wisconsin Electrical Employees Benefit Fund (WEEBF) building was completed in July 2005, uses 37% less energy than a conventional building, generated 50% less landfill waste, and only cost 3% more to build.

Home Savings Bank
This 5,000 square-foot bank branch office is built next to a busy city street and has cars circling it daily to use the teller stations. Despite the abundance of outdoor contaminant sources, superior ventilation and economical green building products resulted in a building with exceptional air quality.
