Our Approach
The Renschler Company believes that good design is a result of fulfilling the client's needs, goals, and budget. We will ask many questions up front to get a good feel for where you have been and the future direction of your firm. A good design will also work well with the site.
Our serious approach to safety is evidenced by our exceptional safety record:
Our safety record and current Experience Modification Rates speak for themselves! Our average for the past 10 years is .73. We've been told by our insurance agent that an EMR under 1.0 is phenomenal in the construction industry.

The Renschler Company publishes and updates, "Safety Orientation," an in-depth description of The Renschler Company's safety program and policies.
Having a positive safety attitude, working in a safe manner, and helping to prevent accidents is an important part of everyone's work schedule. Our experienced Field Superintendents are trained to recognize unsafe conditions, avoid built-in dangers, and prevent construction and hazardous settings as basic safety rules. Weekly on-site project meetings include a safety segment to discuss concerns among the trades as well as continuing expectations.
Regular safety meetings highlight topics from "Safety Meeting Outlines," which is a weekly newsletter to which The Renschler Company subscribes for its employees.
