Project Overview
The Renschler Company provided design and construction services to deconstruct and remodel an existing daycare building for office space use. The exterior was remodeled and the building was gutted down to the wood-frame studs. Natural light is introduced into the building through a perforated metal ceiling which covers existing painted wood trusses and skylights. A new atrium opens up the interiors and draws daylight deep into the two-story building.
