Project Overview
A laundromat and an automatic car wash were the first tenants of a 10,000 square-foot building in the new 7.69-acre Broadway Business Park developed by Richard Fritz. This project won a "Best of Retail" Category award by VP Buildings for a steel systems constructed retail building.
