Project Overview
This 5,000 square-foot bank branch office is built next to a busy city street and has cars circling it daily to use the teller stations. Despite the abundance of outdoor contaminant sources, superior ventilation and economical green building products resulted in a building with exceptional air quality. One employee, who suffers from severe asthma, has not needed to use an inhaler in the new bank. Other employees who had suffered with various allergies, report marked relief after working in this building. This building received a LEED Silver Award and is Green Globes certified.
