Project Overview
This single-story office and warehouse building with mezzanine was constructed with tilt-up concrete walls. White cement and fly ash with exposed aggregate were utilized on the exterior surface. The scope also included a new pre- engineered metal truck storage building. The Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association bestowed a Concrete Design Award for "Site Cast Tilt-Up in the Southwest Region" on the project. The Concrete Design Awards aim to honor the best of the best.
