Project Overview
This new two-story communications center houses seven studio spaces. Aesthetic and sustainable design features include clerestory windows along the southern exposure, combined with high ceilings and reflective galvanized metal ceiling panels, to ensure exceptional daylighting in most areas of the building. White roofing, installed near the clerestory windows, enhances sunlight reflection into these windows.
