Project Overview
The Renschler Company designed and constructed this new two-story corporate headquarters building with masonry and glass exterior. Milios Subs (formerly known as Big Mike's Super Subs) corporate facility houses a classroom for employee training; a two-story atrium with skylights; a health facility and spa for its employees; and warehouse and storage space. Hook-ups for a future mock-training restaurant were included in the project scope.
