The Renschler Company can collaborate with an outside architectural firm and provide general contracting services under a contract separate from the owner's contract with his or her architect. We recommend that the architect and general contractor are selected early in the process to provide you with the best outcome and opportunities to value engineer.
Construction Management Services
Depending on your requirements, The Renschler Company can provide construction management or at-risk construction management services for your project. At-risk construction management is a delivery method that entails a commitment by the construction manager in most cases to deliver the project within a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). The construction manager acts as consultant to the owner in the development and design phases, but as the equivalent of a general contractor during the construction phase.
